I had originally pulled and inspected (not blown). For whatever reason I thought to swap the fuse and it started. Apparently it was so oxidized that it want making contact.

I'm pretty sure it should be the Pink Super Long Life fluid, definitely not green. get the pressure checker and check the obvious fittings, if they are good look towards the front of the engine block for possible leaks around the water pump.

You should be able to crack a fitting on the fuel line and wrap a rag around it while someone tries to start it. FWIW the fuel pump is easily accessed under the middle seat and you can verify power is there if no fuel is lowing with the above method. Search my name to find more info on the...
