Ran this winch on my FJ40 and then my FZJ80 for awhile. Sold the FZJ80 and I run a 8274 on the FJ40 now. This has been on my shelf almost 10 years. Includes remote, wire cable, roller fairlead. I can text/email a video of me testing it on the shelf. $300

I ended up with the Joolca that comes with a 12v pump and added a small lithium ion battery for the pump. We put it through the paces on our multi family fall annual camping trip and it did great!

I have used a local shop several times, they do a great job, fast turnaround no shipping cost and keep the toyota u-joints.There is probably a decent shop near you in an area with medium or heavy duty truck service shops.

I put in a @orangefj45 H42 and split case ~18 months ago with Advance Adapters twin stick shifters. It's all gravy except the AA twin stick shifter boots crack and start coming apart in a few months, I've been through two of them and both were the same. anyone found a better option?

It was in good working condition but it has sold. I still have a complete 3spd transfer case that I disassembled to rebuild, places in a plastic tub and then decided to go split case.

A 3FE manifold may be an option if you really wanted to get away from the 2F manifold. I run a 3FE manifold on a 74 1.5F and I think it would clear the PTO shaft unlike an aftermarket header and does not have the issue of frying the intake manifold.
