‘72 FST has been the DD lately. Have really been enjoying it now that the weathers cooled off some. The F engine and 3spd is perfect. Posting these pictures reminds me I need to start a thread here on Mud to share some more on this beautiful... -

I overlooked this place. Did the loop in cades cove when my nephew visited a few weeks ago. No top + windshield down. Saw some bear cubs playing and tons of deer. -

I rebuilt a 1979 Toyota FJ40 power steering box today for a friend. It was an exercise in persistence, patience, and attention to detail. It is as good as new... at least I hope it is!! :rofl:

The second time I noticed my power steering was leaking at the hose so I shut it down so I wouldn’t burn the pump out. I replaced the lines the other day but haven’t started it yet.

Good compression is one… clean electrics is more important than you’d believe. Check your vacuum and guard against vacuum leaks around the intake manifold.
