for the wire, i use .065 stainless tig filler. i didnt bag the foam, and had no issues. about 10 years later, everything is all good....and the drivers seat has some miles on it.

Ditch the flex fan and put a proper fan clutch and plastic blade (more and better airflow) back on it. All parts we can easily assist with at Cruiser Outfitters. I may have missed it, is the pump new?

Production run... Drill each end; tap each end - one left hand threads, the other right hand threads; knurl the end with left hand threads; and polish everything up. They're rods for a body support kit for dune buggies with rod ends on either end.
