295/70R18 Geolandars and TRD Pro wheels. This was the set up I had on my Tundra. Look and ride great on the LX, but I need to trim the pinch weld on the driver’s side.
Anyone know a solution for the red hub caps on the Pro wheels? They bug me...
How times have changed. Our group buy was a (literal) steal. We have a dealer in OC close enough for you to pay a visit and save on shipping at least! Our next container is arriving this weekend (July 19th) and we have a good amount of inventory...
They are not
I went through same thing…
Front 2 and one rear (forget which one) were available immediately.
One was on backorder for MONTHS, verified from multiple trusted sources, they arent the same
I’ve posted this before, but Bilstein...
one of the rears is on back order till August.
My shock builder was checking with Bilstein to see if the left one was just the same shock with a sticker and resi mounted on the opposite side. Haven’t heard back yet.
Picked up my first LC in April at 152k miles but was in absolutely pristine condition. Flew up to Washington for it, and drove it back down to California. So far the only mods I've done are adding a Hamilton carplay unit, installing an ironman...
If you've got full coverage with glass breakage my vote is file a insurance claim and have Toyota put it in. I've heard lots of issues using non-factory glass...maybe there's better aftermarket by now...but?
Last I heard factory glass itself...
I finally ditched my 21” wheels for LC200 wheels. I also swapped my spare for Tundra spare with BFG KO2 tires. I’m gonna order Lexus center caps to complete the look.
I run the rebound pros so this hits close to home.
How heavy are you? The vector is rated for 2750lbs each so you could be near the limits on those. I chose the rebound pros for their higher limit of 3200lbs.
When I was wheel shopping I was...
How do you like the ride with perch 3 and the SL rated falkens? This is where I might end up as well. Your recent comment made me think you might not be liking the setup/stiffness.
I drove the rig on some gravel roads and to and from a lake on...
As mentioned already, if weight is a factor go with Dissent.
We went Dissent, mainly for the weight but also for the looks. The Dissent fits the styling of the 200 series far better than the ARB. The ARB seems to have been designed to...
^^ yep, for Transfer case you want straight 75W. I replaced with the Toyota unicorn fluid the first time. Now using Ravenol 75W and will continue to do so in future.
Hey guys got everything put on finally. Here's the run down:
Bilstein 6112/5160 5th perch
2721 rear springs
SPC UCAs
+40 Evo Dakars
285/75/17 Wildpeaks(34")
First impressions:
Love the way it drives, the rear springs are admittedly a little too...
I currently have on perch 5 with OME 2701 rear springs. Went through almost all the replies on this thread and went for the OME 2701 to avoid the sag that I’ve seen when loaded.
Do not regret it at all. When I have the whole family wife n 3...
I almost sold the lx the other day for an another 21 heritage but there were so many features of the lx that i couldn’t part with. After many lc’s i think the lx is one of the best. Here are a few photos of the build. Sliders, 12.5 gal long...
Drove the Cruiser for the first time since we got back from our recent 3 week road trip. It’s easy to forget how solid it is util you drive around in your minivan for a couple weeks.
Paddling was fun, no sunburns.
