Valve lash
Do not mix up your buckets and shims/valve lifters and valves! It's much easier when you put the valve and lifter back where it was removed from. Got it worked out though.
I can easily TIG it up but I'm concerned that the metal is fatigued, and may happen again. I found a set locally and in the process of hoarding few more sets for the future.
This is a good point too. I had to angle my internal bump stops so that they land squarely on the axle pads AND not scrape the inside of the Dobinson coil springs.
Ok, that one is cockeyed looks no bueno. I did the same project and no heat makes it that far to impact the body bushing in that manner. Something ain't right!!!
if you're feeling something near the foot rest, check that body mount bushing hardware for tightness. you may have to put an extra ugga ugga on it then see what happens.

I run 315s on factory rims and I set the toe (using a tape measure) at nearly zero or a hair toe in. i'm also part time so the front wheels aren't pulling at all...
