As I thought as well. I thought the ECM on the 200 could not be reflashed but maybe dealers have a way around it.

Ditto nothing difficult. Definitely worth using anti seize on the bolts.

I took mine off when I replaced it with my Budbuilt skids. I don't remember anything difficult, just have some extensions to get the top mounting points iirc. If you're replacing it and you're worried about rust, get some Kroil and soak those...

With the exception of the fuel tank, there don't appear to be any of the underbody protective panels installed. Maybe the previous owner had aftermarket skid plates installed, removed them, and did not re-install the OEM plates. HTH

My guess is they were running 34 or 35” tires and swapped back to a stock size when selling/trading in. I made the same little cut when I had 34s and +25 offset wheels
