Valve needs to be removed and repeatedly sprayed with PB Blaster or similar for a few days in every orifice. Then try working the valve by applying vac to the diaphragm nipple. If valve frees up and moves, then see if it holds vacuum to test...

Fwiw, I have had some success with freeing up Frozen EGR valve by removing and soaking in PB blaster or similar penetrant for a few days. Then putting a vacuum on the top nipple until the diaphragm frees up

Finished the fuel lines this morning, I ran the lines inside the frame and as high up as possible to protect them from trail damage and heat from the exhaust. Now to flush the lines, re-tighten all connections, fill the engine with oil and 🤞🏼...

You can use a bunch of tire plugs to repair a sidewall enough to get you off the trail. Alternatively, you could get a sidewall patch kit such as Glue Thread. They are not cheap but appear to get good reviews and if it gets you off the trail...

Drove from Las Vegas, NV through Zion National Park and stayed in Orderville, UT for the weekend. Cruised around 65 mph. Outside of no AC, wasn't bad at all.
