These are from the fog light in my 2000 LX470. The one without the red gasket is attached to the bulb side. The one with the red gasket is attached to the wire harness.

Got in contact with @BenCC talking shop about the Make 19 V1 Fog Light Mounts, ended up getting the updated version with the new printing process. So much cleaner in my opinion. Got em installed on our Lauren Conrad Man Van today. Pretty stoked...
