Hi Butch, I checked the Round Up website, and it looks like fun. Unfortunately, I'll be in Rome with my family on spring break. Maybe next time, especially if those beers in your post were intended as enticement! Franklin

Here is some more history on my truck. Neither the engine nor the paint were original, but it ran decently. One unique feature was the glove box, which had a big rectangular hole cut out around the door. See picture below. After driving it for a few years, I took it to a local mechanic in...

Hmmmm What Is Under The Tarp

Well, good luck. Based on how much the collective lot of us are willing to spend on this passion, this site could just as easily be named "IH8MONEY." :D

Hi. Mine is a 1967 LPB. It was brought into the USA new through a dealer in Southern California. I have the original owner's manual and brochures that came with it. It spent the first twenty-odd years of its life on a ranch mostly, whence my neighbor bought it from the nephew of the deceased...

I've been thinking more about this and agree with mr_manny about rod adjustment. Good luck, and please post your solution.

My brakes are locking up and my carb sucks

Orion TC popping out of gear

Thanks for the info, Poser! I've read some of the FAQ (it's very helpful) and will reply with more transfer case details later. It's very interesting: the box engages very firmly into 4WD (top right on the shift pattern) but doesn't feel like it "pops in" firmly when pushing the shifter over...
