on US spec rigs 1 light is for park brake and the other light is for seatbelt warning not sure on overseas rigs and diesel what it is used for the wiring schematic should show it

Yes, 9/77 was the date change for three. The super arms changed from pewter to black. If the were actual changes to arms not sure.
