Before you do anything else put an inline fuel filter on the inlet side of the canister and leave that line unhooked and see if suction at tank stops. Takes less than 5 minutes.

its time for an update! got the engine back in the car! not ones but twice, first time i forgot the metalplates on the engine mounts......... the engine got hooned, 6 new pistons(131011704002), every gasket changed, new turbo mount - the old one...
