Here’s some pictures of a 38mm case that Valley hybrids did. Much nicer than my case, but I don’t have access to a mill. I used a combination of a flap disc on an angle grinder and a 36grit Roloc disc on a 90* die grinder

Unfortunately I think about stuff too much sometimes...how many times have I been up to my local ACE hardware to get mounting screw options??? Too many! I was going to bite on the DeltaVS wiring loom bars for the QPM, but I figured being $4500...

Slow progress, basically starting from the rear panel and working towards the front. Hopefully won’t have to redo anything in the near future!

If you watch the video I did on the h55f swap, it's the piece I forgot and had to redo everything to install :)

Yeas, play is normal. The small plastic bit is the 5th gear oiler. It goes in a pocket on the transmission side of the forward t-case half. It makes a gutter and the little spout lands in the rear of the 5th gear bearing.

And where does this go? Lol. Seriously though, where. It kind of fell out when I took off the rear case.
