Refoamed all of the speaker surrounds on the 6” speakers. All four doors and the subwoofer. Sounds like new…. Bled the breaks, got rid of the “southern” fender flares.

Well, one issue caused another. If you have the front driveshaft out, you'll 100% need the CDL to be locked to move. If you have it unlocked and the truck only revs in gear, the CDL is working. The lights are burned out.

Wheels have arrived from Japan! They are 17x9 +58 so my spacers will put me at +33 offset. Hope to have tires mounted this weekend. My favorite part of Japanese wheels is the strange English writing.

Just got done going through all the suspension components I've swapped, and re-torquing them to the appropriate value. - front UCAs - sway bar bushings and end links - rear UCA (these were not torqued properly, I think I forgot to re-torque them...

Check your UCA cam bolt torque. Mine were also loose after alignment as the dealer tech didn’t torque them properly

The 03+ on the 98-02's have a large gap, meaning the grill and valence is larger on the 03+. High chance of interference when installing the bumper. I'm not sure of the details surrounding the swap, but might be easier to sell the current one...
