I put less than 1,000 miles a year on the 20 Cruiser, 2,500 miles a year on the 4Runner and 5,000 miles a year on the LXs. Going to swap it in all of em.
On the nose here. Some quibbling about "best," but can say I run this in all my cars with zero hesitation about it being the "best" to me. I just ordered a few quarts myself.

At this weight level, putting out anything over 300hp for extended periods will readily trip the first protection threshold which is a combined over 203°F coolant and 266°F converter temps. At which point the transmission will lockup the torque...
Sounds like you are fixing things for no reason. The only thing I’d do on your list is serpentine belt. Fresh fluids throughout and keep going.
