Green trail rausch run Sunday 3/18 (1 Viewer)

Hey guys, as talked about briefly in the trail mentor thread I’m taking a couple of my newbie friends to rausch this Sunday 3/18. I plan on running green trails all day, but depending on group size if some are feeling adventurous maybe a second group could break off and run blues/blacks that would be fine too.

It’s pretty much all jeeps I’m taking so some yota’s would be a welcome addition. @shmukster and @Pacer seemed to show interest, and guys with more experience than I would be great as I pretty much know enough to be dangerous.

Normal club start time. Meet at 8:30 and hopefully on the trails by 9. I believe as of now we’re are looking at 7 trucks, but as always that number is subject to go up or down.

... and now I'm out. I was telling the wife I wanted to take our son with me Sunday and she reminded me that we have a function for him to attend at noon and we are supposed to attend as well. The whole day is shot. I will keep plugging away and will try and make it next month.

Had a great time today, and was lucky enough to have @shmukster as my navigator. I’ll get some pics when I get a chance, but I took very few. By get a chance I mean I’ll wait until my friend that went uploads his from his big camera. Was mostly jeeps, but @BruceFZJ80 made it out with his son and my buddy Tom (which some of you met) with his crew cab long bed taco. There was even a Volvo cross county with us for half the day that did insanely well.

I’ll let Gary give the trail report, I can only remember a few. Pretty much all greens with a couple blues tossed in.

This, this I would be super interested to see, I have always wanted to build and Cross Country Overland Style (like I need more projects), I wanted to do that before some off-road magazine featured the Bronze colored one.
