Wanted Tennessee: '03-'09 GX470

I have been looking for a decent condition GX470 in the Nashville area for almost a year. I prefer not to purchase through a dealer but rather someone who knows these cars and cares about them. I would like to spend no more than $12,000. I don't so much care about mileage as much as I care that it has been well maintained and is not rusted out.
