Do you know what your cold side temps are on water?
You really need to see the IATs after the turbo to see how hot those temps are, then compare to what your cold side radiator is putting out. Then you could get a pretty good idea of cooling capacity on the air.
I do agree with above that less stuff in front of the radiator is better to keep the temps down.
