For sale 100-series/LX470 2001 LX470 running parts or project car

For project or parts only, sold as-is with clean Oklahoma title. 290K miles. Engine runs strong, doesn’t consume oil and transmission has no issues. Suspension is shot. Fluid leaked out last winter, no idea of what failed, car is as low as it will go. Rust on inside lip of upper liftgate, bubbling on top edge of lower. Hood has struts shot. Otherwise, body and glass look good with minor scratches and one little rock ding on front of hood and a tree scrape on rear bumper. Rust on undercarriage. Intermediate exhaust pipe and resonator missing. Driver seat cushion dog-shredded. No a/c; compressor kicks in and condenser replaced about 6 years ago, no idea what’s wrong, could be the line for rear a/c rear near pax side wheel well but who knows. Kumho all-season tires with lots of tread. Coils and plugs replaced last summer. The only check engine lights that ever came on in ten years were for coils. Timing belt and water pump replaced at 202K miles by dealer in MN. Starts right up and runs at cool temps. Brakes work but there is a squeaking at the rear. Again, project or parts car, as-is. These are the issues I know about but there could be more.
