Looks really nice, and it's still original.
looks great
the light switch goes where the choke is and the throttle goes over the choke![]()
According to the owners manual you are right. Although, some pictures of other LV dashes show the same configuration of knobs and switches that I have. I would be surprised to find out that these had ever been moved. With this Cruiser it just seems like it's never been fooled with. Maybe they were different on the wagon compared to the truck or maybe it's one of those weird '67 wagon things where some parts are just a little different.
her'es a pic of my cruiserBoth my 67s are set up that way, light switch on the right above the throttle control.Any pictures of your cruiser?

Can you link to the thread on restoring the knobs themselves? How did you do it? Looks like some polish and white paint? Mine could use a little new.

I just bought a 67 FJ 40. I AM LOOKING FOR THE 4WD buttons for the dash. I have two horns under the hood but dont know how to sounf the horn. It has the original steering wheel but I dont think the horn operated from there? any suggestions?
.. I will be keeping an eye on this too see if you add more.
Ill post some Pre- and after shots of my Dash this week too. I hope mine looks as good as yours.
Great job with its restoration. i appreciate your attention to fine detail, especially the white lettering on the black nobs.
