Your thoughts on a price of this 2005 LX ??

2005 LX, 185K miles, pretty darn decent shape, drives great. 5 southern owners, couple of small minor fender benders in the past but repaired and nothing obvious, everything under bonnet looks good. New KO2's but pretty close to stock size but narrower. Right at 90K since last timing belt work. Very clean underneath. Radiator and heater Ts look good and dark. All nav works. Front and rear radar detectors, DVD headrests, AHC works fine.

Whatcha think a fair price would be?

Have you looked at the service history by running the VIN on LexusDrivers? I would be concerned about the "5 owners" - Southern or not. That's an unusually high number of owner transfers in 12 years.

Not yet but I have seen the carfax listing maintenance and owners

Whatever price they are asking, go ahead and use the timing belt/water pump service to leverage about 1k off the asking price.

Also agree 5 owners is a lot for the age, may indicate something wrong.
