Love it - small world! Congrats again on the F150!

Excited to get the 100 back! 200 going back to stock setup for now so putting the 33’s / 17” wheels on this one and going to work on getting it a little higher (AHC sensor lift, coil spacers, etc). Then going to keep an eye out for sliders, bumper...

Saw 2 white 80s with ARB in banner elk today. One looked like @pkniland, the other had a TRD sticker and was parked at pedalin pig. Also saw one in Lenoir yesterday. Lotsa cruisers up around Boone.

Not I sir, but I wish it was

Saw this 450 again in gso at bryan blvd and fleming.

You deserve a special prize for getting THAT close during this "spotted" game :)
So I talked to the guy..... He has no clue what he has!!!! Just liked the truck and bought it for bad weather when he lived in DC. He didn't know anything about the model year the lockers, nothing!! Do 80 fans like me he has the holy grail and what makes it worse he is doing noo mx on it. Sad sad sad.

He could not back out with the lockers locked? For real?

What is noo mx?

If it would have been absolutely 100% necessary I probably could have thrashed around and got it out. Trouble was how far the passenger front dropped down through the ice, driver side back tire totally off the ground at one point. Put the the other 2 tires on ice and I was STUCK, even with lockers. Like I said I probably could have really gave it hell and got out on my own but I’m not that guy.

no mx = no maintenance id assume

and for real, no instagram fauxverlanding hype here

and as you should know backwards with a locked high pinion is asking for a boom. Like steve says with one tire busted through ice but not on bottom of puddle he was sitting on the front control arm and the other 3 tires were on ice. In the pic the rear has slid driver but it would swap between there and 2' passenger between forward and reverse. If solo the best course of action would have been trying to bust the ice up in front of the pass side front tire but a strap was a whole lot easier.

pics along jefferson natl forest roads outside of bland VA including hogback ridge and a few other FSR's

Very YETI worthy trail, esp with the weather that day.

I hope you told him he doesn’t need a truck like that in Charlotte as it so rarely snows and when it does, it melts in hours. You should have then said that you knew a guy that might have an interest in it.

I got stuck in this same hole in October, locked with 35mt's. It doesn't look that bad but if you don't keep your speed up a bit, it just sinks. I almost got stuck in it again last March, it was much more dry and was able to wiggle out.

Saw the same truck at Lowe’s. Someone local?

So her today - lady driver - in downtown PBO.

Your Wife has a white 80, correct? I see one around - sometimes parked under the old bank on Biz 64 - saw maybe the same one at Angelina's yesterday :)

I saw that white 80 a few weeks ago in the same spot. My wife has a tan 80 with 4 runner wheels
