I am putting 35's on my rig and am assuming that a change in my speedometer will be in order. I have heard a lot of good things about superlift's speedo and not a whole lot about the yellow box... other than it being on the main page of ih8mud. Does anyone have any experience with yellow box? and how is it different/the same as superlift truspeed?

also the Superlift Truspeed has 4 diff. models for diff. veichle manufactuers, (Im assuming these models are not interchangable between veichles). Does yellow box have multiple models or just one that works for all?

either one would do the job.

The advantage of the truspeed is you can calibrate it for 2 different sizes and switch between them with the flick of a switch, yellow box is set for one size and switching between sizes would require restting the dip switches.

However calibrating the truspeed requires GPS as it's done by turning a VR while yellowbox you calculate the change in % and set the dip switches accordingly.

If you are only going to run a single size tire I'd get the yellow box. The install is the same for both on our trucks and it's simpler to set up.

the way I looked at it....

1> the yellowbox is 1/2 the price....
2> I'm not changing tire sizes....
3> if I WAS changing tire sizes, it would be from a dailydriven 33 to a wheelin 35, and for that short amount time, I can remember to drive under the limit

I need 35's...lol
