For awhile, I had a “cheater” lens in my welding helmet. Worked pretty well. New helmet I have I haven’t seen any magnifier lenses yet.

I’m a big fan of thin optics. I buy their regular reading glasses and they are the only ones I manage to not break within 5 days.

Just thinking about the missing link for the steering, need to connect the PS box to the rest of the world…all 60 series ends but when I look up 60 series drag link it’s 33 inches.

Discuss…best option is?

Gonna have to make one. Thread DOM tubing and use jam nuts is the easiest I’ve seen.

I have a Budbuilt draglink and tie rod on my '85 4Runner with FJ80 tie rod ends. Much stronger than the factory set up. He makes them to order and you can specify the length(s).

Ordered my Borgeson 24” shaft and joints today about $300can, which isn’t bad with our exchange rate right now.

Two of three in stock, other be a couple weeks on the stock order, no real rush.

I started digging in your thread but realized you have stock width axle, so the drag link length is different.

The DOM route is likely, I’m going to call a couple of local shops first before I go try to go it alone on that.

Beautiful sunny day up here, I got the M56 warmed up and aired out, moved it in front of the garage (that it should be in) and got the battery maintainer on it.

Then rest of the afternoon in the shop, trying to square up the Saginaw pump with not much to measure off is a slow go, but I made some progress.
