xJ60 series diesel swap/truck

I am asking for a friend: He is looking to convert a US spec FJ60 to diesel. We are in New York.

I would like to find out about the possibility of getting a donor xJ60 in Eastern Canada... The ideal parts truck has a shot body and frame but a good running engine. Or just the parts: an engine and all of the associated wiring, gauges etc to make the swap. (Although this seems to be a path more prone to difficulties regarding missing doodads during the swap) It is theoretically possible for us to buy the rig in Canada, pull it apart there and bring back the stuff we need too I imagine.

Here is the parts truck you would need, it has everything including a 5 spd and you can pull it apart here also, but it is not on the east coast
