No it will not.
You need the XD9000 like I have for the ARB with the separate solenoid.

The "i" series is for an open bumper with room for the solenoid to stick out.

Good choices for the ARB bumper are the M8000 and XD9000.

You can see how the "i" series has the built in solenoid which will not clear on an ARB type of bumper.

You are welcome Heath.

Hopefully whoever gave it to you can explain to the store that you need the other type for your bumper.

isn't the "I" more expensive? so you may get some money back.

The I series will however fit in the Road Armor bumper with a custom mount. Just FYI for those who have not purchased a bumper yet.

should also fit the Warn bumper

There is a way around that. You can take the solenoid body off, mount it in a convenient place, extend the cables and use threaded rod or similar to join the end caps of the winch. I have a Champion 9500# winch of a similar design that I had to modify with my ARB bumper. I've used the winch for self extraction, pulling other vehicles and landscaping with excellent results.

my XD9000i on my 60 series arb is just turned on it's back to work. SO it does work to run it that way...no idea if it does any ill effects to the winch.

I did the same thing. I have a TJM T17 and mounted a Wan Xd8000i flat on its back and it works just fine.
