Hey Everyone, Im looking to possible trade (plus or minus cash) my 1995 80 series for a 4x4 Tacoma 4 door or access cab and I prefer a rear locker and under 165k miles.
Ive owned this 80 for about 5 years and it has been a great rig. It is rust free, 3x locked with about 165k miles. Below is a list of mods and a few issues that could be addressed.
1995 Emerald green with 165k miles
3X Locked
TJM front bumper
Smittybilt 9k winch with plug wired into cab
7 pin mod
Landtanks fan clutch mod
ARB storage drawer
80 series cup holder
Scan gauge II
PHH fixed
Rear tailgate storage with two boat hatches
Overhead 2x4 interior rack abover cargo area
Ironman 2in lift
Full birfield rebuild with Japanese bearings in the last 2 years
All led interior lighting
Cover king canvas seat covers
Snorkel
Trailer hitch
Roof rack
New starter 25k miles ago
Pioneer stereo/ cd player
Hand throttle
New hoses, belts, water pump, t-stat and toyota red coolant in the last 2 years
New crank seal, oil pump cover seal and ideler pulley 4/16/19
New Gamiviti gear and cap installed in passenger power seat, spare gear and cap included incase driver side goes out
New oem driver door interior window felt 4/17/19
Known Issues:
Trip odometer is not working, odometer is fine
Clear coat is mostly gone on hood and roof and starting to peal on flares (I have a quart of paint and clear coat but havent had time to get it painted)
Has some pinstriping from brush, could use a good buffing
Driver seat has the usual tear and cracking
I daily drive this cruiser so the gear inside, awning and fishing rod holder on the bumper are not included.
All in all this has been an excellent, dependable truck and I wouldn't hesitate to jump in and drive it across the US. Please shoot me a PM with questions or offers.
