I have a radiator I need to get rid of. It is a Ron Davis aluminum radiator. The general model is 28193. It is 28x19x3 inches and has chevy style outlets. This radiator is a double pass model, meaning that it has a divider in the middle to make the water cross side to side.

You can see more info here

Stock Car Radiators

The radiator is unused, but I bought it a long time ago from Dave Gore. He had the same radiator in his TBI 350 FJ55, and had bought it for another Fj55 and then didn't need it.

I had it my garage for years waiting to put it in. When we finally went to install it in the FJ55 a few months ago we found out it hit the power steering gear. The steering gear on my FJ55 was really funky, out of a nissan truck, and sat on the top of the frame, near the front. Dave Gore had FJ60 power steering on his 55 and that is why it wasn't a problem for him.

I think people put the same radiator in FJ40's, but I am not sure about that. It may also be usable in an FJ60, but again, I don't know.

I am asking 225, but will give a 25 dollar discount to any current or future CSC member-- with a slight preference given to someone who wants to put it in a PIG. If no one wants it, it is going on CL.

Jared

After I get rid of this I will need to find the Spector Ironman FJ55 Springs that are also sitting in my garage.

So, no interest in the radiator? Not even one low ball offer? I expected at least one -- I figured BMAN would at least offer 20 bucks and a "vintage" Van Halen LP

John needs this as a back up based on his recent experience.

$21 and Im serious:flipoff2:

Hey now, be nice! I don't know how I'd ever get my radiator hoses to fit up to that baby. John

I think it is pretty simple for a 350. You just need one of the those hose outlets/t-stat covers that can rotate to the opposite direction.

But we never got that far. And it would probably depend on what stuff you had in the way.

This sucker is going on CL, so speak now, or peace hold.
