WTF mates

The problem is, my freakin truck jerks. In a all four gears if i go slow enough it starts to jerk back and forth, mildly at first but then bad. Its not a i dont know how to drive stick jerk, its a something is lose in my tranny, transx, or rear diff jerk. Although it sounds like the transx...any thoughts?

You sure it is not fuel related? Fuel filter would be a good start. Does it hesitant when accelerating with the clutch all the way out?

not the fuel...there is some really sloppy play in the driveline somewhere
