WTB project FJ40 in OH, KY, or IN

I am looking to buy an FJ40 near Cincinnati, OH. I am willing to drive up to 200 miles or so. I am looking to spend $5,500 or less, so I understand if it is rusty or needs to be restored for that low of a price. The cheaper, the better. I would rather spend more to restore it myself than spend more on someone else's restoration. In other words, I would be more confident if I restored it myself because I would know everything about the truck.
