Long time Jeep guy who wants to get a Lexus after some convincing by a buddy of mine. I’m currently living in Jacksonville, FL and am looking for a vehicle in the 8k or less range depending on the condition. I don’t plan to do any “overlanding” but we’re moving back to South Texas and the wife agrees this will be a better setup for beach cruising and surfing with the baby (planning on a rhino rack with batwing awning).
Looking for something with a nice interior and a good service history. Planning on immediately doing an AHC delete and timing belt if necessary. All in, I’d like to keep it about 10k to start...more mods down the road. I understand that may be a tough budget to achieve, but I’m willing to drive or fly to pickup if you’ve got something.
I’m in no rush to purchase as I’m currently traveling abroad. Looking at the earliest purchase being around thanksgiving.
