How did you get it to hold until the glue set up? Painters tape?

Gorilla glue sets in like 30 seconds so I just held it in place. Glue has held for a few years now

Use a spring clamp and protect the surface. Some super glues are faster than others but this allows you to clamp and walk away.

Mine is doing the same thing. Frustrating for sure. The wood on the shift knob and just above the seat memory buttons have all lifted. One of these days I'll tackle them all at once. Good to hear the super glue has worked. I was planning on using West Systems G-Flex but that may be overkill.

Just make sure you’re using a medium or thick gel. Wipe the leaking edges immediately with a towel with a little bit of 70% alcohol. Do not scrub the plastic, only wipe. A qtip works well too. 91% and acetone DO damage Toyota plastics and printing.
