Spinning shifter loose

New to me 2017 lx570. Anyone have an idea why my shifter spins around ? Would like to fix it so it is stable. Doesn’t tighten anymore that it is now. Video below

Unclip the boot from the bottom of the shifter knob, then turn clockwise to tighten. It should get tighter.

If not, you may need to replace the knob, or you could try some loctite to hold it firm.
