I would talk to Luke about the spare carrier and your tires. Rob has hit his 35" spare dropping off of ledges, your's would be more of an issue. You may want to have him make the spare carrier bar longer and with that much weight, riding up higher, adding some additional gusseting may not be a bad idea?

That's funny, Alvin and I added another gusset to the tire carrier for the just in case with heavier tires. Unnecessary? I don't know, but it took an additional 15 minutes.

I only require my bumper to provide clearance protection in the rocks and to carry a spare and to also tow a 3k trailer (not in the rocks). As much as I the like the idea of a lightweight tube bumper, I have not found any yet that look as stout or clean or functional as Luke's. My dilemma is whether I finally buy a welder and learn how to weld or buy one already built and save the hassle.
