Won't Start

Changed my brake booster and now my 80 won't start, seems as though the security system engaged which I have never had a remote for. Any ideas?

ii'm thinking you might have left a vacuum line disconnected

I have double checked all connections and I appear to be good. It appears as if the security system has been triggered, all my lights are flashing as if its been tripped (no horn). When I bought it a couple years ago I was told the security system wasn't engaged and I don't have the remote. Any way to override it?
