Hello All,

has anyone heard or received a response after sending an email to them? I’ve seen them posting all over IG and here but it’s hard to receive a response via email or PM.
Placed an order on June 16, 21 and sent an email on June 24, 21 because I haven’t received a shipping confirmation email. Joey responded saying that a part was not instock and will get it next business day. After that it’s been silent. I’ve been sending them emails maybe every other day when I see a post on IG or here. It’s been over a month now and still haven’t received my order. the funny thing is I placed an order after this order in which I received within a week. So weird.

What appears to be for sale on the site isn't always in stock. They also charge for said items at time of sale, rather than time of shipping.

Which is too bad because once they charge, a clock starts that will eventually cause your rights to expire.

I'm not bashing the company or defaming them, it is just strange that Joey responded to me saying the manifold block I ordered will be in stock the next business day or so and will ship out and after that silent. after many emails sent after his response, silent.
 
I’ve ordered many items from Joey. Some of them in stock and ship quickly and some items take awhile. A lot of this is out of his control. As far as communication goes, he’s very busy both with work and outside of work with his personal life. Wouldn’t read into a delayed response too much. He has every intention to do you right. Just try to be patient. He will follow through.

For sure, I didn't know he was a one man shop till after I posted and saw the threads. Of course will be patient. Thanks response
 
One thing to note is that EVERY company is having supply chain issues currently. Everything from aluminum to foam to food is impacted and small businesses get hit hardest because they often times don't have dedicated individuals to manage back up.

That being said, yes I've had communication delays from Joey but every single one of my orders has been filled. Most recently, I ordered his power steering cooler and it sounded like there was an issue with fittings, anodize, etc. and it took a couple months to get my order but he has always come through.

Haha. I don’t want that. Lol. I just wanted to see if there was anyone recently that got a hold of Joey.
 
He just shipped some parts to me a week ago.
 
Joey will get back to you. He's super busy and he is experiencing supply chain issues just like very industry. He is a hard working son of a gun. If he doesn't answer it's because he is dealing with family things (he's had a tough year), working like a dog to catch up on back orders or manufacturing things. I live in Hawaii and he always gets the parts to me, is supe helpful and usually responds in a couple days. And yes, you will be absolutely flame throwered on this site if you trash talk him, he does alot for the Landcruiser Community! Send him another email! Squeaky wheel gets the grease!

I gave Joey the benefit of the doubt here. I was very wrong. Won’t buy from him again. I asked for a refund on a $380 item. He effectively canceled the order without sending a refund and then did not respond to emails until finally I called him out on social media.

Agree 100% with your feedback. This dude is lame.
