I have been searching high and low for a replacement frame wiring harness for my 1998 (part #82164-60171) and just can't find one new or used. An exhaust leak melted part of the harness and I haven't had ABS for a while now. I am located in the Cleveland area but I would be willing to travel to any shop that would be willing to either repair or replace. I don't know where else to look at this point. Any help would be much appreciated.

You can repair damaged wires. I use heat shrink solder butt splice.
Most wire housing block are available from toyota. There are some no longer available. In particular, one wire housing block or more near rear of exhaust resonator. For these you'll need water proof aftermarket.
