They might be still available from Toyota. What the OP shows is a connector that plugs directly into the radio. Depending on the configuration of that plug, toyota may not make a matching plug. However, you should be able to remove the wires/connectors from that plug and insert then into another set (male and female) that you might have.

There are MUD vendors that have some assortment of electrical connectors @ToyotaMatt is one.

For possible future reference, the wiring is in the chassis manual.
R - Accessory Power Supply to radio
WB - Radio Ground
RL - RH Speaker
WL - LH Speaker
B - Common speaker ground.

Your plastic connectors look fine and no need to replace them. You can simply remove the wires from the connecters and put new ones in.
