I just did this so should be able to help out some.
If you’re only running the compressor and no lockers, then wire the on/off switch to the Isolation circuit, and tape up the switch 1 and switch 2 ends.
If you’re putting it under the hood, you don’t need the backlight wires for the switch (blue/white I believe) so you can tape those up as well. If you want the switch to light up, then you’d have to find a power source in the fuse box that is switch with the ignition.
That leaves you with a few basic things to wire and plug in:
- 12V power to the main power leads (large gauge red and large black/white)
- The On/off switch positive and negative trigger wires (tiny red/white and tiny black)
- plug compressor plug into 12V power source side
- pressure sensor (red and blue wires with L shaped slip on spade connectors)
- switch (plug Isolation ends into switch via the diagram in the instructions)
- relay (only goes one way)
- one half of the harness into the other (came unplugged and terminated to be able to fit through firewall)
The large gauge power wires go directly to the battery or power distribution block if you run one.
The switch positive (tiny red/white) is suppose to go to a switched ignition power source so it can only run when the vehicle is started, I ran mine directly to the battery/power source so it’s always on. The switch negative (tiny black) goes straight to battery/power ground.
Compressor power wires plugs into the matching plug in the harness.
Pressure sensor wires (tiny red and tiny blue) don’t have a polarity, so plug both in on either spade of the pressure sensor.
Switch is wired up as the diagram shows (colors to numbered terminals)
Relay can only be plugged in one way.
Half the harness needs plugged into the other half and you have to stab the loose connectors into a blank plug to make that connection, just match the loose side to the already ran side of the connector and you’re good.
