Im trying to diagnose poor and or no wiper performance on my 1985 FJ60. I have searched high and low to figure out what this connector is for that goes between the wiper motor and the vehicle harness. 2 of the wires are potted into a gizmo. Nothing i can find in the FSM about this. Anybody know what this is?
