Windshield Wipers, can we make them quieter? (1 Viewer)

2002 LX470, maybe I'm a little OCD but I was wondering is we can make the Windshield Wipers less noisy.
How do you get to the mechanism to grease the moving parts?

yes. I recently had to replace my mechanism. One of the rods broke in a hail storm. I greased the hell out of the new one.

If the wipers are skipping, the your blade is NOT 90 degrees to the glass. I spent a fortune trying to fit the noise and later found out the blade is at an angle to the glass so it skips.
