Windshield wiper travel

I tried searching on this topic, but nothing jumped out. On my '76 40, my windshield wipers work fine and stop in the right position when turned off. However, they travel further than they should with the driver side going past the windshield seal which lifts the blade up a bit.

Is there a stop or travel length adjustment?

On my 72 you pull the arm/blade assembly off and put it back on in a different position by a small amount. Try it and make a correction if necessary.
