My windshield washer pump isn't getting electricity to it. Is there a relay that I can check? The manual that I have doesn't list one. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

See pump and switch in red squares, no relay in the washer circuit.
Blue-White wire is ground trough the washer switch and the Blue wire is positive from wiper fuse.

did you back probe both both wires a bit behind the pump connector housing ?
say 2 -3 " inches
the crimp connections fail after age and time and can fool you into digging into all the topic you mention above
step 1 is this confirm and verify , then move on to the other stuff

i have the NEW oem japan spec connector plugs unique to the FJ62 , and or the COLD SPEC. heavy duty pump motor oem option too , if they fail your confirm and verify steps
BENCH test your pump motor manually too , make sure that's NOT the problem , they do die often 30 years later ..
