My windshield washer pump isn't getting electricity to it. Is there a relay that I can check? The manual that I have doesn't list one. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This should help.
See pump and switch in red squares, no relay in the washer circuit.

Blue-White wire is ground trough the washer switch and the Blue wire is positive from wiper fuse.

did you back probe both both wires a bit behind the pump connector housing ?

say 2 -3 " inches

the crimp connections fail after age and time and can fool you into digging into all the topic you mention above

step 1 is this confirm and verify , then move on to the other stuff

see my tech images below ,

i have the NEW oem japan spec connector plugs unique to the FJ62 , and or the COLD SPEC. heavy duty pump motor oem option too , if they fail your confirm and verify steps

BENCH test your pump motor manually too , make sure that's NOT the problem , they do die often 30 years later ..

good luck

Is this pretty accurate for a 60? After a recent big snow dump/freeze (the 'summer' windshield wiper fluid froze in the reservoir) my wiper fluid pump isn't working. When I press the wiper fluid button I can see a slight dip in the gauge but can't hear anything on the pump end being activated.

Yep, it's frozen. Happened to me in my Hilux in Mongolia/Siberia. I think it was 5 months of squirting the windscreen with a bottle by hand out of the window.

I doubt it will stay frozen there for long, but it would be easy to undo the three bolts to the washer reservoir, thaw it out indoors and fill it with winter screenwash. I doubt the Fritz police would take kindly to the manual bottle method!

Thanks for this. But, it's been above freezing during some of the times I've tried testing it. Oddly, it was empty when I checked when I first noticed the issue. So, filled it with the winter 'blue stuff' but still nada. I suppose there might some frozen bits in the lines that might not have thawed yet. And I'm not really hearing the pump, so that's why I though it might be an electrical issue. I'll just wait until I know it's warm enough. <- At the beach. :)

I would guess the impeller on the pump is frozen up. Wort case, a new motor is not so expensive.
