USAA uses Safelight for processing auto claims but allows customers to use whoever, but may not approve the quote if it is excessive.

Nationwide allows customers to pick a shop of their choice, but Safelight is there to make things difficult.

Thanks for the update. Glad to hear they are still trusted on the glass side of things.

A pre-emptive Cowl fix has been on my radar due in part to your update. And I don't mean the sensible "replace the cowl" or "add weatherstripping" fixes. More like the "add a plastic roof over the damn thing" fix.

The foam strip seemed to work for now. In January, I drove across Mississippi and Louisiana on I-10 raining the entire way and the floorboards were dry.
