Has anyone installed a set of these on their 200? How do you like them? I thought there was an OEM Toyota part but can't seem to locate it.

I have aftermarket ones and I like them. I think I bought the cheapest set off ebay. I have a black car and bought dark smoke ones. I got used to wind deflectors when I used to smoke cigarettes 20 years ago.

I have the weather tech ones and like them.
On hot days it allows me to crack the windows when parked to keep the interior cool. These mount inside the window frame for a nicer look. (Other makes mount on the exterior part of the frame and look tacky IMO.)

My issue with ones that mount inside the frame is extra stress on the window regulator. Anyone that has owned an 80-series knows this may turn into a problem in 15 years.

Are some being made now that are thin enough for the regulator to not notice?

I tried a set of the weather tech ones on a LS430 and they caused issues with the windows closing due to the tight fit in the channel.

Looks like there was a member here selling the OEM part that mounts with a combination of tape and clips:

@ranma21 are these still available / any experience with them on your truck?

The weather tech’s haven’t given me any issues on my 2007 4R or 2014 LC. I’ll have to wait out the 15 yrs to see if it causes problems with the regulators tho.

I have the weathertech's on my 2011 and they work great once you get the initial install done with the window pressure reset dialed in (my term, not necessarily the official name). I don't remember exactly, but it was something like manually roll up the window (instead of the auto close single press option) and then press and hold for 5 seconds. Should be able to Google the process easily enough. Otherwise the window sensor thinks your finger is about to get pinched (with the weather tech thickness) or something and will recall halfway open.

Thank you for contacting me, unfortunately I am out of the window visor as of now. Should have more in about 2-3 months time. This is perfect for the 200 cruiser as it is design and make by Toyota. Fit and finish is excellent as usual.

So one of my window visors recently popped off. I ordered the cheapest set off ebay and it doesn't fit. The ones I had for years was the 3m tape style ones that mount outside the window. They were sleek and smoke in color. I have been looking all over ebay to buy another set but not finding ones that look custom to Land Cruiser 200.

For those looking, the part number for the OEM Toyota visors is 08611-60190. @beno would you be able to source these for us?

I would be interested in Toyota OEM product, not really keen on the aftermarket in channel type. Beno can you let us know the price for them. Thx

I found another part number 08611-60880 that seems to be more readily available. A few sellers have them available on ebay for around $155 shipped.

I have the OEM ones (part number 08611-60880)

I would say go OEM, the fit and finish is excellent. I have aftermarket ones on my 80 series (WellVisors brand), and the fit wasn't good, the shade is also too dark especially at night, and the clips have rusted within a couple of months. No such issues with the OEM visors on my 200.

Some people might find them tacky, but their usefulness outweighs any cons in my opinion. It's great that I can crack open the windows while parked under the sun and come back to a cooler cabin without any fear of water getting in if it rains. Also useful when rolling the window down on a downpour (getting a parking lot ticket/card, etc)

Thank you for the part #, I noticed the eBay (USA) shows the first listings as shipping from the United Arab Emirates, only $34 and change to ship but I would prefer to buy from Beno if its possible.

Some people find them tacky but I also find them very useful, in the summer its nice to vent the windows a bit to allow the heat out and you can crack the windows when its raining too. I also want the OEM as they are not as dark and do look more appropriate.

No doubt I do not like the look but do like the functionality.

I personally love the look on a black Land Cruiser. I'm hoping Beno can find these for a reasonable price. Shipping is expensive.
