Does anybody have solid axle Toyota locking hubs laying around or even 80 series drive flange? I need to know the bolt pattern for the hubs. I took some measurement off my IFS toyota pickup and its a bit too small. Bolt pattern on the 100 seems to be 6X92 mm while the one came off my IFS truck is 6X90 mm. Spline count seems to be normal 30 like other Solid axle Toyota.

Howdy
I realise that this is going the other way, but I just tried to fit a 100IFS drive flange to a 1996 80srs birf, just to see. I didnt use a hammer as both parts are new spares, but there was no way that flange was going on without a fight, and if it went on, it wasnt coming off! Im pretty sure the spline count was the same (it was dark), but I could see the flange splines had dug into the c.v. splines. - like there was a diameter issue.
Then there will be the issue of the 100srs drive flange being M10 -not Hilux M8 thread.
I have used 100srs gaskets on 80srs f/w hubs before and they fit on but hang out past the hub about 3mm, as the OD of the 100srs hub is bigger.
Hope all this helps.

Augie,
I think the front is the same issue as the rear: 30-spline (80) vs 32-spline (100).

I pretty sure the spline are 30 count but my digital caliper measurement came to about 1.27" instead of the regular 1.31" axle shaft. It explain why when you try to install it to 80 series it just would not fit. The bolt pattern seem to be different also. Its only 2 mm different but it would not fit.

Well I there goes my dream for getting cheap mods. Got to get these imported from outside US where they are available.

On a similar subject, can you run lockout hubs on the fulltime 4wd TLCs. I'd like to add a set of Aisins to the 2000, if possible.

I'm not aware of any for the IFS/100 series.
