I've always been wary of leaving trailers/vehicles heavily laden on the assumption that it'll eventually damage the springs, but is there any risk of that happening?
For instance, I've got a general purpose trailer with a rating of 2800lbs (trailer: 600lbs, load: 2200lbs), which I'll occasionally leave for a few days with about 1000-1500lbs of gravel in. I'm assuming that's unlikely to cause any issues and I'm just being paranoid?
