Wichita get together...

There has been some talk about having another get together/BS session. I think we're all game but let's find a target date. I'm open after next weekend (gonna get my gears installed and maybe sliders welded on).

I'm game for the weekend of th 23rd. Where is it normally held? Do we need to make sugestions? Wherever the beer is?????

Please tell me we can bring refreshments!

BTW if anyone around here ever gets bored I am almost always hanging out at THE BOULEVARD Bar & Grill, near St. Francis and Douglas in the Old Town area. Cant miss the LX its always out front!

Ahhhh, Ouray. If there were only more jobs there. I've tried to convince the wife that Montrose is nice too. I think we could figure out a get together in June as well, keep us posted and we'll try to work with your schedule.


At any rate, back to setting a date. Anyone care or should I just pick a date/time/place? I'm thinking April 14/15 or 21/22.

I think either one is fine (don't have my schedule w/ me). The next two weekends are booked for me also. Maybe we can get some of these FJCs to come by.

Does this involve any wheeling/camping or just a bunch of guys getting together to drink and swap fish stories? It sounds like the later, and 5 hours is a long drive to say hi, but I have to check.

It's mostly just a BS and stuff your face get together. Since the group down here is somewhat removed from the KC, K and KC, MO crowd this kinda fills the void between wheeling trips. On the plus side though we do seem to be finding more folks that are interested that were not MUD regulars.

Having lived in several regions I use the terms on an equal basis just to keep people guessing. Throw in a coke to the mix for more excitement.

Probably more often called a pop around here though.
