Time for new rotors. I searched the part numbers for rotors front and rear, and the lowest price was at a Toyota dealership. Besides part number and generic parts description (front brake rotor, rear brake rotor) there are no size specs on the dealer website.
website does state the rotor fits 156 vehicle variants.
TOYOTA : 2 models, 156 variants between 2009 and 2024

Safe to assume that if the part number is the same and its the right type of part (front brake rotor, etc) the part itself should be the same huh? Dealing with returns would negate any savings from going with this totoyta dealer so I want to double check with the ih8mudd community.

Lexus and Toyota part numbers will directly interchange. Most every part I get says both "Lexus" and "Toyota" on the box, even if I picked it up at the Toyota dealer and even if it's for a Toyota without a direct Lexus counterpart (like our Highlander). I routinely look up parts on the Lexus website and order them from my local Toyota dealer with the Lexus part number.

For part confirmation, you can check the FSM, second post in the thread: GX 460 Manuals
